About the Show

A podcast that meets you
exactly where you are.

Guide to Soul is not a productivity podcast. It is not a hustle podcast. It is not about optimizing yourself or becoming a better version of who you already are. It is about coming back to who you actually are — beneath the performance, beneath the survival, beneath everything you've been carrying.

Each Season 1 episode follows a single arc: from grounding in the body, through emotional release, mental clarity, and spiritual reconnection, all the way to reclaiming your voice and living with intention. You don't have to listen in order. But if you do, you'll feel the journey.

This show is for the woman who is tired of being almost herself. Who has done the work and still feels like something is just slightly out of reach. Who knows, on some level, that the next chapter requires something different — not more effort, but more truth.

Grounded & Real

Every episode comes from lived experience. Jennifer doesn't teach what she studied — she shares what she survived, healed, and transformed.

Soul-Led

Spiritual without being inaccessible. Practical without losing the depth. Each episode invites you inward — and gives you something to carry out.

A Journey, Not a List

Season 1 follows a complete arc — from grounding all the way to reclaiming yourself. It's designed to be a companion, not just content.

What Grounding Is and Why You Feel Off Without It
You're not broken. You're just ungrounded.

That feeling of being scattered, anxious, overwhelmed, or just slightly off — there's a name for it, and it's not a character flaw. In this first episode, Jennifer breaks down what grounding actually is, why so many high-achieving women are chronically ungrounded, and the simple practices that bring you back to yourself when life pulls you out of center.

Why You Feel Everything
Your sensitivity is not your weakness. It's your superpower.

If you've ever been told you're "too sensitive," cried at things others brush off, or felt completely wiped out after being around certain people — this episode is for you. Jennifer explores what it means to be a highly sensitive person, how to stop pathologizing your depth, and why the women who feel everything are often the ones with the most to offer the world.

Stop Absorbing Everyone Else's Sh*t
You are not an emotional landfill. You get to say no to that.

Energetic hygiene is real — and nobody taught us how to practice it. In this episode, Jennifer gets real about what happens when you have no energetic boundaries: you absorb other people's stress, moods, and problems until your own light starts to dim. We talk about how to check in with yourself before every interaction, how to stop emotionally "littering" on others, and how to maintain your own energy without becoming cold or closed off.

Boundaries Without Walls
Boundaries aren't walls. They're the architecture of your sovereignty.

You've been told to set boundaries your whole life. But nobody ever taught you what they actually are. Boundaries aren't walls you build to keep people out — they're an internal sense of where you end and someone else begins. In this episode, Jennifer reframes everything, dives into energetic hygiene, and gets real about what happens when you keep leaving conversations carrying things that were never yours to hold. If you've ever said yes when you meant no, this one's for you.

Why Your Body Knows Before Your Mind Does
That gut feeling isn't anxiety. It's information.

Your body has already processed a situation before your thoughts catch up. That gut feeling, that tension in your chest, that sudden heaviness — that's not anxiety. That's data. Jennifer goes deeper into the nervous system — in her language, not clinical language — and opens up the whole conversation about learning to trust yourself. A thread that will run through the rest of the season.

The People Who Drain You — And Why You Keep Letting Them In
It's not about cutting people off. It's about why you keep saying yes when everything in you says no.

The most shareable episode of the season. Jennifer gets specific about relationship dynamics — not in a "cut toxic people off" way, but in a "why does your system keep saying yes when everything in you says no" way. The answer connects back to grounding, absorption, and boundaries. The payoff episode for everything built so far.

Emotional Patterns You Inherited But Never Chose
"Oh. That's not me. That's what I was taught."

The behaviors and reactions people think are just "who they are" — the over-explaining, the people pleasing, the hypervigilance — were actually learned responses. Usually in childhood. Not a therapy session, but a moment of recognition. That realization alone is enormously freeing. Jennifer's most emotionally resonant episode of the season.

08
○ Coming This Season
Coming Back to Yourself After You've Been Gone a While
What do you actually like? What do you actually want — not what you've been conditioned to want?

For the person who has spent years — maybe decades — so focused on everyone else that they've lost track of who they actually are. A quieter, more intimate episode. Less teaching, more sitting with someone. Jennifer's most personal episode yet.

09
○ Season Finale
You Were Never Too Much — You Were Just Uncontained
The reframe that ties everything together.

The season finale. The sensitivity, the feeling everything, the absorption — none of it is a flaw. It's a capacity. The problem was never that you feel too much. The problem was that nobody taught you how to hold it. That's what this whole season has been about. Jennifer ends Season 1 by giving listeners back something they've been apologizing for their entire lives.

Season 1 follows a complete arc — from grounding in the body all the way to reclaiming your voice and living on purpose. Each episode stands alone, but together they form a journey. Subscribe wherever you listen so you don't miss an episode as it drops.
