Purchase and No-Refund Policy
Effective November 5, 2026
All sales are final. When you buy from Guide2Soul, you get immediate access to what you purchased, so we do not offer refunds. Please read the details for each offering before you buy.
The Guide2Soul Method (self-directed program)
You receive immediate access to the program, its videos and your living document. Because access is delivered at once, any paid purchase is final and non-refundable. While the program is free during the beta, no payment is taken and there is nothing to refund. Your access lasts for the life of the program, and you can export your living document at any time.
Office hours membership
You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing admin@guide2soul.com. Cancellation stops the next billing; it does not refund the current period, and access continues until that period ends.
Cohorts
Cohort seats are limited, and every session date is published before you buy. By purchasing, you confirm you can attend. Cohort purchases are non-refundable, and sessions are not rescheduled for individual participants; recordings are available if you miss a session. If Guide2Soul cancels a cohort, you will receive a full refund or, if you prefer, a seat in the next cohort.
Private 1:1 sessions
You may reschedule once with at least 48 hours' notice. Sessions missed or cancelled with less notice are forfeited and are not refunded.
Books and journals
If a printed book or journal arrives damaged or misprinted, email us a photo within 30 days and we will replace it at no charge. Otherwise, physical products are not returnable.
Payment plans
A payment plan is a commitment to the full price. If a payment fails, access is paused until the plan is brought up to date.
Payment disputes
If you have a problem with a purchase, please email admin@guide2soul.com first; we answer every message and want to help. Opening a payment dispute instead of contacting us will pause your access while the dispute is reviewed.
