Privacy Statement

Your story is yours. Here is what we collect, why, and how we protect it.
Guide2Soul is operated by Guide 2 SOUL, LLC, a New Jersey company ("Guide2Soul," "we," "us"). This statement explains what personal information we collect when you visit guide2soul.com, take the Soul Archetype quiz, join our emails, or take part in the Guide2Soul Method, and how we use and protect it. What we collect
- What you give us: your name and email address when you take the quiz, join our list, sign up, buy, or book; your quiz answers and archetype result; your billing and shipping details when you buy (card details are handled by our payment processor, not stored by us); and anything you choose to send us.
- Your work in the Method: the answers and reflections you write in the modules and your living document. This is personal by nature and may include details about grief, health, family and relationships.
- Sessions: cohort and office-hour calls may be recorded so participants can watch what they missed. Recordings are shared only with the people in that group.
- The AI companion: if you use it, the messages you type are sent to our AI provider to generate a response.
- Automatically: basic site data such as pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected through cookies and our website platform's analytics.
How we use it
- To deliver what you signed up for or bought: program access, your living document, journals, sessions and support.
- To send your quiz result and Guide2Soul emails. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can leave anytime.
- To run payments, scheduling, and account log-in.
- To improve the program and the site.
- To share your story publicly only with your separate written permission. Testimonials are never taken from your module answers or living document.
We never sell your personal information, and we never share your module answers or living document with anyone, including an employer that sponsors a group. Sponsors receive attendance and anonymous themes only.
Who processes it for us
We use trusted service providers to run the business, and they handle your information only to provide their service to us: Squarespace (website and store), our payment processor (payments), Kit (email), Supabase (log-in and saving your program work), Acuity (scheduling), Google Meet (live sessions), and Anthropic (the AI companion). We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, export or delete your personal information, including your living document. Email admin@guide2soul.com and we will respond within 30 days. You can unsubscribe from emails with one click, and you can set your browser to refuse cookies. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws, and we will honor them.
How long we keep it
We keep your program work for as long as your account is open, so you can return to it. We keep purchase records as long as tax and accounting rules require. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your program work and personal details, except what we must keep by law.
Security
Your program work is stored so that only you can read it when signed in. No online service is perfectly secure, but we use reputable providers and limit access to what is needed to run the program.
Where your data lives
Our providers store data in the United States and other countries. If you are outside the US, your information will be transferred there.
Children
The Guide2Soul Method is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this statement, we will post the new version here with a new effective date, and tell you by email if the change is significant.
