The Soul Résumé™ is a transformational framework — and a living document — that helps you translate your lived experience, inner wisdom, and emotional intelligence into language you can actually use. In a clarity conversation, a job interview, a keynote, a pitch, or simply in how you introduce yourself to a room that needs to know who you actually are.
It documents the eight soul archetypes that live within you: The Survivor. The Creative Healer. The Everyday Lightworker. The Visionary. The Alchemist. The Author. The Teacher. The Leader. Each one forged through something you've lived — not something you studied.

The work is done in circle — in community, in witnessing, in the particular medicine of being seen by other women who are doing the same excavation. Each week builds on the last, moving through a structured 8-week arc from orientation through initiation. By Week 8, you will read your Soul Résumé™ aloud. You will be witnessed. And you will know — perhaps for the first time — exactly who you are and what you have to offer the world.
The 8-Week Soul Résumé™ Journey
Eight weeks.
A lifetime of wisdom, named.
Each week follows a consistent rhythm: pre-work reading and reflection prompts, followed by a 90-minute live circle with Jennifer. You arrive with an insight. You leave with a deeper knowing.
Introduction to the Soul Résumé™ concept. Group agreements and circle ethics. Deconstructing "who I had to be" versus "who I am becoming." What parts of me have been edited for survival?
Outcome: Safety, clarity, and shared language
Reframing hardship as skill development. Naming the strengths forged through challenge. Separating your story from your identity — it happened to you; it did not define you.
Outcome: Your past as formative, not defining
Creativity beyond productivity or monetization. The body as a knowing system. Honoring creative instincts without justification. Reclaiming what was suppressed or sidelined.
Outcome: Reclaiming suppressed forms of self-expression
Validating subtle, relational, and emotional labor. Deconditioning from comparison and performance. Recognizing the impact that doesn't come with applause. Oh — this counts.
